ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME I'M USING THE BOUNTY HUNTER COMMANDO AND I HAVE THE SENSITIVITY SET AS HIGH AS IT WILL GO BEFORE CHATTERING,ALL METAL MODE AND THE DISCRIMINATE ABOUT 8 O CLOCK, EVERYTHING I DIG SOUNDS THE SAME IS THAT BECAUSE ALL I'M DIGGING IS NAILS AND JUNK IRON, REALLY HAVEN'T FOUND A NICE HIT.THE YARD I'M IN IS OLD AND THEY USE TO BURY EVERYTHING BACK IN THE DAY,ACTUALLY IT WAS AND OLD HORSE BARN BUILT INTO A HOUSE.

Do a test garden. Bury whatever you have an inch deep or so then go over it with your detector. Use nails, coins, jewelry (put it in a waterproof bag before you put it in the ground), pull tabs, screw caps, paper clips, anything you think you might run into. That way you will Know what your are detecting and can learn the sounds associated with each item.

Hi veezafo, if you're searching in all metal, you'll naturally find ALL METALS.
You;ll have to use the disc. mode set high enough to cancel the response
from the Iron objects. You can also find the targets in all metal mode, then
check their conductivity by switching to discriminate. Other wise, you'll have
to dig ALL the targets you hear. That ground is apparently littered with lots of
iron, which is common for old farm sites. Good Luck!
