Can someone tell me will the AT-Gold be good for Coins and Rings??? or will the AT-Pro be better??? Im a coin Jewelry in fresh water Hunter??
If the Pro is better 4R C/J will it be good on Gold shooting in the Streams too???? See i have the AT-Pro already for my Coil Shooting,
Just wondering if i should have got the Gold??? The truth is i havent Hit the streams in 7 years, But if i hade a AT-Gold i could if i want??
Will my AT-Pro find Gold in the streams too??? Gold Vs Pro??? Thanks, Mickfin

I have both and I use my PRO for water hunting. You can't Disc with the GOLD (only 3 modes). The PRO can be set to Disc certain targets, but while I'm water detecting I don't Disc any thing. Prp mode, Iron Audio ON, Disc set at 35, and full Sens.JMO

Both the AT Pro/AT Gold will work great for coins, jewelry and most relics, however, for hunting gold nuggests or tiny tiny objects, the AT Gold is the better choice because of it's true all metal mode + threshold adjustments. The at Pro might do a bit better for coins, rings and relics because the Pro can be adjusted by adding or removing notches without depth loss, whereas the AT Gold has pre-programed the unit for gold searching, relics/coins or just coins, without being able to remove any notches. The AT Pro will ground balance to salt water, the AT Gold cannot be ground balanced to salt. And of course both are water proof.

I would suggest the AT Pro.....

Joe N John thanks 4R the replys i think i made the Right choice cozz i C/J more, I Like to Disc stuff out??? So you dont think the AT-Pro will loose depth by Discing out stuff??? What i dont understand is the Iron auido and the 39 Iron Disc,s what is the advantage???
Thanks, Mickfin
