OK Garrett - it's time to unleash the orange PP AT and stop with the marketing hype. Much of the US is buried under snow and ice right now so it's a good time to "make them available to Joe Public". I, for one, am tired of all the hoopla and sales tactics...
Really appreciate the excellent customer service when I sent the old PP in - you guys are golden in that arena....

Hope they addressed the falsing and failing problem that is so common. I love the pro pointer but have sent both in for the same problem and it's getting costly.
 
SO they are still dragging their feet? Last info I received was LAST MONTH...that they *might* be shipping them out *this week* Feb 15th. STOP this nonsense and make available the @#^#$$%@ product already!
