Pro Pointer Acting Up

New member
I want to a tot lot today with my ace 250.. The grass is too dry to dig in the parks .

All at once my propointer started acting wierd and I could not narrow down the search.

I had two good hits near each other and could not find the coins.

Then I looked closly at my Pro pointer and it had a small magnet attached to it.

I took the magnet off and was back in business.

Found some clad and a chinese coin and a live bullet.

I am eager to get some rain and get back to the grass.

It's nice when you can fix something so easily. Wish it happened with cars and home repairs too.
A person doesn't really know how much your pinpointer (especially the Pro-Pointer) becomes such an important part of your hunting life until it isn't there doing its' job.

That's the truth. Left pro pointer at home once and tried using my back ups (whites bullseye II, and vibra-probe 460) Got frustrated but Luckily I wasn't far from home and went home and got my pro-pointer
