:Help, I have recently discovered a second world war prison camp. From what I can get out of the local's it was guarded by American soldiers.
I have found a badge that I can not seem to ID, it is one inch high and half inch wide it has a red eagle above a blue square with a raised fist with seven lightning bolt's comming from it, there is a scroll at the bottom of the badge that read's "PREPARE FOR COMBAT" any help will be much appreciated.

I've seen a badge like that before somewhere but without the logo. How about a picture?
What else have you had there?
Regards
Fred

Hi Fred, I have found a few tent eylets, just found a wound dressing tin with the instructions for use pressed into the lid, it still has most of the green paint on it.
Load's of other little bits & pieces.
There is still one of the perimeter guard lamp post's in situ.
If you ever fancy hunting this site I have got permission to.
