THIS MODEL IS WATER RESISTENT
DOES THAT MEAN THE CONTROL BOX CAN GO IN THE WATER
OR JUST WATERPROOF ON THE STICK/ROD
HAS ANYONE TTRIED SUBMERGING THE CONTROL BOX?
 
Weather resitant at best due to the design of control box...Not waterproof or rain resitant so do not use in rain or dunk the control box as water and electronic do not mix and unit will be gonzo.

Go to or call your nearest Whites dealer and he will give you the full info as reading the question it appears you are a newbie and hopefully he will help you out...
