Price Hike on Teknetics T2 unit

Was interested in buying a Teknetics T2 unit for $799, or even the LTD for $999 - but now notice that both Kellyco and Metaldetector.cc are selling them for $200 more - for $999 and $1199. That puts an end to that purchase.

Last week Kellyco jumped the F75 and LTD to 1199 and 1399 for a day or two then rolled it back.
Some stores still have the old T2 pricing . In a post last week on the F75 forum Mike Scott from FT said thy have not
raised the dealers pricing.

since that's an older model no longer made then they are making $200 plus what they would have made at the old price.

Well it's $200 more than you can get it some other places, but for that extra money they include all kinds of free crap.

they used to sell the detectors cheaper if you didn't need the free stuff.

There's nothing in that free stuff that anyone would ever need. Whenever I order a detector from them, I tell them to keep all the free crap because it's not worth the shipping they charge you for it.
