Found a few bullets , .69 cal, .58 cal, .54 cal , musket balls, camp lead , buck ball , misc rivets etc. and a hat company letter "N" . Hunted an area that has been pounded for 30 + years. Ran the F75 at 99 sens all metal. It was a good day of digging yesterday near Port Hudson. CCH

Thank you for showing us.

Nice kepi letter! The pounded site keeps giving it up to you.

Nice finds cch, those. 69 are as big as a thumb. Definitely would suck being hit with one. HH

It most likely came off of a Kepi hat and the N stands for the company that the solider was serving under. The N is commonly referred to as a "company letter". thanks . CCH

Man, those are good ones!
