Prayers needed!.......

went to the local hospital to visit a co-worker and long time friend. Maxine is fighting lung cancer and has developed pneumonia. The doctor is trying to get her over the pneumonia and built up enough so they can take her to a larger hospital and give her radiation treatments. Hopefully this will shrink the cancer. The cancer has grown large enough that Maxine has trouble breathing and is on some type of special oxygen machine. The doctors have only given her a 1-3yr life expectancy even with radiation and chemo.

His will that she be ill with pnuemonia or cancer......but the earth is so full of sins' corruptions from the food we eat, the air we breathe and the water we drink that unless we pray diligently (which I sometimes fail to do) we'll be suffering the consequences of a polluted world!

But Jesus is the Great Physician and He will heal and strengthen Maxine through our prayers or He will take her Home to be with Him if she is saved in Him, and I hope and pray she is!!

Trials in our life help us to draw nearer to our blessed Savior or, if we don't know Him personally, than trials help us to find Him and know Him through His precious, Holy Word and prayers of the saints!
