Prayers Needed Badly..................

My 18 year old son has aspegers autism spectrum , including catatonia. He left the house yesterday with no money, only a t-shirt and has not returned for 22 hours. The police, high school and social media have all been notified. He had been talking about committing suicide for the last couple of weeks. He was a computer whiz, and achieved very high marks in high school. He is loved dearly by his whole family. But as most people with autism, he has a hard time making friends. He was in a good mood during the last couple of days. He erased his hard drive and face book prior to leaving. Please always remember, that people with mental illness DO have a part to play in this world of ours.

God.....I hope he is alive.

Thanks for listening.

I have asked our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ to be with you and your son during this time of struggle. Trust in Him to provide and keep your son safe, John. And remember, where 2 or more are gathered together in prayer, His will be done. As Mark 11:22 says , And Jesus answered them, have faith in God. Thats what we will do, have faith in Him to see your son home safely.

I've walked some mighty hard roads in life and the Lord has got me through them all. Just know that He is there for you, talk to Him. I'm praying he is found safe and soon.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you...

Heavy cross to bear for you and your family.
Kept you in my thoughts and prayers John.

Hi John,

My son also was diagnosed with aspergers. He ran away from home three times when he was a teen and was gone for days at a time. He also talked about doing himself in a few times. Pretty scary stuff. Today he has a job and is doing fine. I'll keep your son and your family in my prayers. God will see you through these times.

All the best,
Dave

Our prayers are with you, your family and of course with your boy John. I am terribly sorry to hear this is happening to you and I will pray for his safe return in the meantime. -Marc
