Prayers for Casey please...

this week is exams at the high school. Though I am not crazy about a 15 year old having a boyfriend Casey told her boyfriend Brian that it is over (last Friday). That was hard on her but apparently she had another guy she wanted for a boyfriend and ya can't have 2. Brian was abusive to her and did not care about his education so his being dumped was fine with us.

Casey's new boyfriend was here Monday and spent the whole day with her and us. Pretty nice kid. Good grades, and more an equal for her. He also came to our house church meeting Sunday night and particpated. Figured that was a good sign. Future looked brighter with him than with the burnt out light bulb Brian (who is still playiing mind games with Casey).

Anyway, Yesterday Casey went to school and came home crying. Seems her new boyfriend's Dad is now wanted by the law and her boyfriend (Jae) had to go to court and his Mom and step Dad drove over 200 miles to get up here and now - as of last night he is gone to live with his Mom.

Casey's heart is crushed from the loss of her boyfriend....and a bad time with exams going on this week. She can't stay home or she will miss the exams - and not allowed to make up any of them if she misses them. Gonna be hard for her to concentrate.

Please pray for her to be able to separate her thoughts so she can do well on the tests. We don't know if we will see Jae again.

Please pray for Jae as well as this has now messed up his education and may have to repeat this year classes elsewhere since he will be unable to take the exams.

still young and there may many boyfriends before one is a husband in her life! She needs to have a clear mind for passing those tests and some growing-up to do before choosing a spouse for a lifetime commitment!

Praise God for what He's already done by getting this boyfriend away from her and hopefully forever! As she needs room for thinking and doing what's right for herself without the bad influence he can push upon her!! The other one may work out and then again it may not!

I pray that all things work out for each of you and Thank You, Jesus, that it is done! Praise the Lord from Whom all blessings flow!

the loser for a friend. He called last night and I tild her to tell him never to call her again. She does not need his mind games.

she probably thinks she knows more than you or other adults. I hope she doesn't have to learn the hard way....but I wan't very wise when I was her age or I would have asked God for a husband instead of the one I married! Oh well, we live and learn or should!!
