I asked the same thing. He told me that is when the Dr and he will be ready. They feel it's not aggressive. I have had cancer on my 4 times and wanted it off asap!

All I can say based on my knowledge anytime cancer invades the Kidneys you need to address ASAP. My wife's dad died of Kidney cancer. Once it hits the Kidneys life is short.
