Prayer request...

...I hope you guys aren't getting tired of praying for my job situation! I am trying to work 3 jobs, none of which by itself will cover our bills. The evening job has good potential but the loan officer job isn't working out. It requires a couple of months to start producing results and I just can't wait that long. Yesterday I stopped by a furniture store where I had applied for a sales position last March. The owner interviewed me and then asked if I could interview with his sales manager which I did. The interview went real well but they have one other person to interview on Monday. He asked me to call him back on Wednesday if I haven't heard from him by then. This is an established store that has a great reputation for quality furniture and excellent service. The hours during the week are 9:30 to 5 and Saturday 9-4. I would have a day off during the week and the store is closed on Sundays. The owners are Christians as is the sales manager and it is even posted on a sign when you enter the store.

I appreciate your prayers and God bless all of you!!

Prayers on the way. It has been tough with jobs for many and getting worse as the automobile industry takes a nose dive. If we weren't selling the house, I'd be planting a garden this year to help cut down on food costs.

We've both seen some rough times lately (you more than me I know) but I hope I am as much a blessing to you as you and your family are to me.

Prayer has been said friend and brother. Glad we have a God who is in control.
God bless you and yours Doug. Tell the little lady and the young'uns we will keep them in our prayers.

Maybe this is the door God is opening for you. Blessings!

Dave
