My wife has applied for the position of youth director at our church. She has been informed tonight that she will have a interview Thursday at 7:30pm. At our Church, if one applied for the youth director's position, there would be no interview process. We have about 70-75 in Sunday worship services, so we're not a big church. The job would most probably be their's to have.

about 200 on Sunday morning. A committee is made up of the pastor, elders, deacons, and members of the church. They will interview her, and possibe others. They said they would go in house first, then if needed look else where. She has about 15 years experience working with the youth at our church.
