Folks, I have been a diabetic for 20 Years been in hospital several times this past months .Lost 20 pounds gave my clothes away to church my last A/1C TEST 6.2 just recently had blood test and showed 5.6 A/1C that's it the doctor said you are cured from diabetes .This morning Blood test sugar was 101 instead of the high 120's ,diabetes carried over from my parents and from their parents has gone through 3 generations.

Congrats to you. Diabetes runs in my family as well ,, but so far it seems to have laid dormant. Heres to hoping you never have to worry about that disease again.

Keep a real close eye on your weight. I dropped over a hundred pounds and then slipped up and let it go up, Now i am really struggling trying to keep my numbers even close to where they should be. Md does not want to increase meds.

well if I stick my tongue out I look like a ZIPPER however will try to stay close to this weight.The weight seems to be the magic bullet also take green tea every day no more sodas also worn out after (9) major surgeries lost 15 lbs when they replaced the complete right shoulder.
