Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for the rain this afternoon, although I watered my flowers before the rain came! :clapping: God Bless!

Anytime you need rain, just let me know, I'll plan a fishing trip to Missouri!

I accidentally hit the post button. To finish the above post, everytime I go to the lake it storms. I'm going to name mt boat Lightening Rod!:)

I'm glad you are getting the rain!

God bless, Betty!

Doug

Betty,

It never fails! Well, almost never it seems. Whenever I water the plants and flowers, or water the garden, or wash the truck or my wife's car...... it will soon cloud up... the rumbling begins.... lighting crackles... and the Arkansas T'storm is born! We have had some decent showers the last few days...... hit and miss they may be..... but, in south-central Arkansas we have had 3 straight days of showers moving over us and giving us some much needed rain. I noticed another in response to your post talking about the ground moisture, and maybe it'll be better detecting now... hope so, and hope you can get out and find a few new keepers!

Be a blessing to another today,

Kim

because it really got hot and dry for too long and ground was like concrete. I think it is probably softer now but because of high heat and humidity, I haven't been able to get out and test the grounds with my digger!

Still very hot, hot and hotter! WHEW! Lord please keep my A/C working...Thank You, Jesus and Praise God from Whom all blessings flow!

God Bless!
Betty

you want to prevent being struck by lightning! :) Missouri is well know in the summertime for its storms, downpours, thunder and lightning! I got the hard rain for about 15 to 20 minutes, but others got strong winds with damages to trees and property plus their electric going off for awhile! I Praise God and Thank Jesus because mine didn't! Still had power and A/C!!!!

God Bless!
Betty

Betty,

Yes!!!! Thank God for the A/C!! And for the ability to pay the Power Company..... which, by the way... my wife gave me a check to go pay the darn thing this morning!!!

The ground gets hard like that here, too. And even though I have one of the Lesche Shovels from David at Dixie..... when the hard pack hits.... nothing short of a bit of Dynomite can loosen the soil!

Blessings.....

Kim
