Power Supply

I guess I am lucky as I have never had any problems with the power supply battery pack on any detector. In all these years sent one detector back that was defective and had one loop go bad. I am not sure how long the pack last as I hunt as long 7 or 8 hours but never less than three or four at a time. I check the indicator and when it looks to be about 3/4 down I charge a pack at least all night. My guess is they are on the charger for a good 16 hours and at time and much longer if I don't go out early the next morning. I have never had a bad pack with any detector or had one that would not hold a good charge. I always keep a spare pack as there are times when I forget to check them and the pack will get low so I drop in a spare pack. It is not just the Explorer but DFX and Sovereign plus all the others I have used.
