i have tried to post on the dfx and sweet home forums for several days with no luck. first i used docs method very carefully and would get it to load in the image url but when previewed no pic. then i tried other net forums nothing there. today i posted pics at boomspeed a image hosting web site. put the exact add in the box and no pic. any ideas?? ive hit a brick wall. thanks, clay freeman.... would welcome any post here or my email.. 3wood@excite.com
 
If you are using excite.com, then it should be very, very easy for you to create a web site and use that to transfer your photos and then be able to copy and paste the URL to the forums. I just did it a couple of nights ago and it was easy. Just follow their directions from the Member Services section on the Home Page. Then select Web Space. Then set up an account ( this will take about an hour for a reply from them) Then build your web page (acutally you don't have to) Once you have an account a "created" your website all you have to do is open your account and go to "File Manager" and transfer photos from your computer to your site. After transfer open the photo and right click on it and open Properties. Highlight the URL and COPY. Go to your favorite Forum and PASTE it in the Optional Image URL section.
