I have posted this a few times before and still dont know what it is. Each end has a letter stamped on it. One end with the letter "P" the other with the letter "N". Anyone know what it is?

Back in the day they used electricity in various and some unbelievable ways to block or relieve pain. This was probably for back pain. You could get a little shock before having a tooth pulled or you could insert a probe into your #$$ and let electricity relieve the painful itch of hemorrhoids. I'm glad I didn't live back then.
