Possible shipwreck treasure off Cali beach

Fella's,
We need some help with these, a pal and fellow detectorist on a cali forum found three of these plates and a jogger found a pretty ornate cup (surface find) on the beach, we've been having BIG swells here in nor cal and large sand movement,,, here are a couple photos, any help would be most appreciated!!!

From San Francisco, California. They imported fine collectibles from Japan and China and also sold European artwork. This may be from the same company.

Looks like church collection plates...wonder if the cup was also part of a church set?
