Please look at this. Is this Russian made in 1912?

As I go through my Coins I may have a few of these in pdf format. The last couple of pages are enlarged.

OJM, Your title says ".800 silver .200 copper 1920-1936 5.83 grams KGV" but the pic shows a 1911 example and the coin in question seems to be 1912 "perhaps". Is the 2912 the same as 1920-1936?
