Possible new home for my Sovereign GT

Got this off of one of the auction sites for $10 shipped and it was brand new with all of the control knobs, bushings etc. Looks like a good winter project for a water machine.

Had'nt heard from you lately Mel. Glad you are still working on projects. Looks like this one will be a nice one. Keep us posted. HH :minelab:

Hey Mel, I know you pretty much wrote the book on waterproofing stuff because I think I've come across a number of your projects in the past, but just FYI I posted a new thread in the modifications forum with a bunch of links to threads with various ways/methods to waterproof a Sovereign, along with other threads where nice custom box jobs were done on other machines. I know you know your stuff, but there's always a new idea to be learned on anything. Besides, I'm hoping you post your waterproofing steps of this project in that thread for people to learn from the master on that sort of stuff.

there is always room to learn from other people. Wish I had a video camera to document the whole process, but I'll do the best I can with stills for now.
