possible coin any info please chaps

I don't really see the coin ?

OK I can see on the right coin a image ( but you have to flip it 180 degrees ) and it seems to be or what I see is a figure holding something like a pole or sword and I think I see some parts of the figures clothing too. The left photo I can see two ring like objects ( one lower left and one upper right ) and it might have a face there but it's very hard to be exact , it might be a figure holding the rings ... I seem to remember seeing a image holding rings somewhere but was a Persian image ( I think ) now that might be a face kind of Buddha like and if that's what it is the the figure could very well be a Warrior .
And I can kinda see a cross in a oblong circle depending on my viewing angle . If it was the case then is the cross on a shield being held by a Knight ? Templar coin ? Where the heck did you find it ? It's a real puzzle and I'm stumped but I do see stuff on both sides ... anyone else want to take a stab at this ??? Woodstock

I see the crest and rings.

I would try using a strong light from the sides to show the surface details and take a lot of pictures while moving the light around. You might just get some text out of that or a date it you are lucky. Those little LED lights are good for that.

In this condition it is not of much value dollar wise, just is weight/metal. It could be just about anything, coin, token, broach.

Try a paper and pencil rubbing...it might show the highlights better
