Hi Guys,
With the v3i when you recover the polar plot from configure etc. can you have that up in your programs that you can switch between analyze and polar plot to get a better idea on targets.

No you can't because they are not programs. Also you can't change the expert menu order. Just put analysis screen in your live controls. Then you can switch between sizing and polar without leaving to go to the expert menu....[attachment 162801 Reading.gif]....Rob

Thanks Rob for the info. At the moment i have the v3 and looking at getting the v3i update. Can Rob or any of you other guys give me a precise procedure on setting up the polar plot after expert menu, configure, live search screen, analysis, polar plot. then how do you put analysis screen in to your live controls, if you can switch between sizing and polar without leaving to go to the expert menu. Does this go on the fly or how do you go about it

I've posted this before. You should set the live controls the same for all your programs. It helps when they are the same options and in the same order.

Expert menu - configure - live controls - extend - order.
Press and hold enter on the option you want to add, move, or remove from the live controls.
Use the up or down arrows to move the option.
All options above the end are in the live menu and all the options below the end are excluded.
Use the same proceed to change the order of the included options.

Using the common program these changes can be set in all your programs...[attachment 162950 Reading.gif].....Rob

When you are sitting around watching TV play with the options on your V. Experiment, it's the way to learn.
