Thanks for the warm welcome. We hope to meet up with some of you this coming summer for a good hunt.

I would really like to learn more about geode hunting. I have found some small ones and would like to try to get some of the larger geodes.

Mike, How big do you want them. I can take you to Fox River over in Missouri. 1 or 2 hundred pounders. It has to be in the middle of summer though when the water is way down.

Thanks mclucky. If you are ever in my neighborhood let me know and we will do some digging.

I was thinking baseball size, but I guess the bigger the better. Would like to get together and give it a try this Spring/Summer.

Me too! Me too! That would be totally awesome. Maybe a camping trip in the future? :bouncy: I'll bring the butter. :lmfao:

Nancy, Larry, and Mike, You folks are more then welcome to come over this summer. It needs to be in our dry time so the creeks and rivers are down. Plus it will be warmer then it is now. :clapping:

Several of us are campers Robbie and that sounds like it would make a nice weekend get a way next summer, some metal detecting, geode hunting, campfires and good eats.....
