that you guys in the US are getting to the banks, getting the new Geo. Washington dollars and spending them to get them into circulation. The more we get out there, the more can be lost for us to find. I've already spent 50 of them and just picked up 100 more. Do your part now!!! Quit the dollar bill and use the dollar coin!!! I'm tired of finding zinc pennies!!

Good to see you promoting them coins.
What's the story on these $1 coins? Has the US finally decided that it is cheaper to produce them than $1 bills? Are they planning to replace the $1 bills altogether? If they do, then the $2 coin will only be a few years away. That will make detecting fun.
Maybe the US will finally follow the trend that is happening all around the world.
Personally, I look forward to the day that they do away with the $5 note here in Oz and replace it with a coin.
