PLEASE HELP!!! Tesoro LOBO vs. Fisher CZ-7A Quicksilver

Please can anyone give opinion of which detector is better!!! I have a Tesoro LOBO and a CZ-7A and would like to know others thoughts of which detector is the better of the two. Thank you in advanced!!!!

They're completely different animals.

If you're gold prospecting, the LST you've already got will completely outclass the CZ.

If you're doing saltwater beach hunting, the CZ will completely outclass the LST.

If you're doing relic hunting or coinshooting, which one is "best" depends on the nature of the site, what's to be found there, and your skill in using the machine. The CZ's have a reputation for doing exceptionally well on deep silver and also on nickels, on sites that aren't positively littered with shallow iron trash. On a trashy site where the biggest issue is masking, not depth, you may do better with the LST although some people learn to do well with CZ's on those sites also.

In disc mode, in general the heavier the mineralization the better the CZ will do relative to the LST. In all metals mode in heavy mineralization the LST will generally outperform the CZ.

If you own em both, take em both with you, especially if your going to the old hotel grounds that you mentioned in your above post.

The cz wrecks machines in the silver hunt it gets deeper than the etrac and has probably way better disc as well.
