HELLO, I have a whites DFX and when I turn it on the screen will light up but no display. Also when I turn it on I have to tap the on button four or five times.

It sounds like a job for White's service, but I would try one thing before sending it in and that is taking the battery out while it is on. Wait a minute and reinsert the battery and restart. A long shot but won't cost you anything, and just might work.

It also may be low battery voltage. Try another set of battries.

Hi , I checked the battery it's putting out 10.80 volts.I tried taking bat out when on wait and put back in. no luck. thank you.

The batteries should read nearly 12volts,obviously you need a good battery pack.

Go through the menu and find the Pixel adjust I know you cant see it but the manual might Help you find it?? Just a thought???
Dont know how low you can go on a DFX battery but its important?? My V3i will go to 8 Volts, Mickfin

[size=large]i've had my xlt down to 9 v and switched out the batteries before the machine said to. the dfx should act the same way. sounds like larry said. you need to send it in. [/size]
