I mailed a package of houses for sale and the prices to my brother in Florida! I am hoping, if it's God's will, that he will be moved to come back to MO. He only rents and his apartment is $700 or $750 per month. I could loan him the money to rent a U-Haul and move his things up here! He could stay with me until I could get this house ready to sell and sold. Hopefully, we can find a Condo, duplex or a residence suitable for both of us in Southeast MO for me to buy. I'm hoping to clear enough money from my house to pay cash or have very small mortgage. I would like to be near my sister by buying in Cuba, St. James or Rolla! He wants to hunt and fish, so Salem might even be nice, as has lots of forests around there! But anyway, your prayers will sure help in his decision making and mine! Thank you all for your prayers!

and that is nice of you to help your brother in need. $750 is a lot of money. I know in Gods hands everything will work out well.

get double what I do. He has a man friend that lives there too, who only helps with the groceries, as he only works part time. So I guess you can say he's paying rent for two! He is divorced also and is 1-1/2 years younger than me! Thanks for your prayers!

I called my brother in FL today and was nice to talk to him! The starter went out on his old car and a couple of other things! Said if he bought a newer car he probably wouldn't be able to work on it himself! New or used cars can be expensive to keep running!
