Pleasant surprise

Took my AT PRO over to my neighbors back yard and did a little detecting. I noticed a lot of EMI so adjusted the detector to minimize the interferrence and it was like opening up a new world. I started finding coin after coin. One area was so loaded with signals so close together I quit digging for fear of destroying the lawn they were so close together. Most of the signals were penny signals from 4 to 6 inches deep. I got 5 pennies out of one hole. I ended up with 45 cents in coins of which 3 were dimes. The interesting part to this story was I had detected this yard with my Fisher F70 and the EMI drove me nuts. I could not get rid of it like my ATPro did and it must of affected my F70 because I went slow and low with the Fisher and did not get the signals. The lesson I learned was the AT Pro is better in high EMI situations. Sorry to say I did not find any silver but did get one wheatie. I also did find one 1936 Washington quarter with the fisher when I ran it in the front yard where there was little EMI.
