Playa del Carmen

Am wondering if anyone has detected the beaches in Playa del Carmen ( near Cancun) Mexico. I have water detected many places in Mexico but feel that Playa del Carmen holds alot of promise due to many high end resorts there, plus it's the Caribbean Sea so the water would be fantastic for beach and dive/detecting ! Thanx !!!
