SMALL:rofl:
On the beach this morning with the Xterra 705/HF DD Elliptical coil, I got the usual foil paper or balled up aluminum signal and TID, but it was steady and solid at @ 8 inches. Kept pushing the pile of sand around with my foot and passing the coil over it till it made an appearance. Someone sure has small fingers, size 4.5 at 2.4g.

Sweet find. I have yet to get plat. It is definitely plat though from that weight...very nice. Funny how you always think it's just another foil signal. That's the main reason I use a PI on the beach.

Great Find. I had to enlarge my finds container to be able to get all the aluminum foil, cans, and other assorted junk off the beach but I do not want to miss a find like that. Congratulations

I hope you all get the chance to find a plat ring one day; this is only my second one in several years. It still has that great feeling when you find one even though it's not the top dog over gold and silver that it once was. Thanks and GL ALL
*GS...I started water hunting with a DF, still do once and a while, but a PI on the beach would drive me crazy!!

I found my first platinum ring last month. It is a size 13 or 14. It fits my thumb. My wife swears that there are dents in all the walls. According to her I was bouncing off the walls when I got home.

That's a nice little PT ring! Plat rings are hard to find these days::thumbup:

You said small. It sure is small. Think how tiny that little lady is and how sad she might be. Maybe she is happy too. She might have cought her husband watching another lady at that beach. Very nice find... KEN. from Ind.

Nice find!
