Plastic digger

Hi, I'd really appreciate a heads up for a source for a super tough non-metal hand shovel with a tubular handle (so it won't hurt you hand). I bought a little chinksy thing that made my hand hurt when I used it, and it broke really quick. Anyone out there used a really GOOD one? And can tell me where you got it? Thanks, Ron.

With a name like "silversmith"....and you want a PLASTIC shovel? There was one that I seen but can't remember where. The one thing about plastic is it could be tough, sharp, and well shaped but it doesn't have any weight. (It means something in the actual digging.) Check the garden stores out. I have tried one out and seem to remember not liking it? (Long ago.)

Try Sears Craftsman plastic. It works good in soft ground and sand.
