A few weeks ago, a stray cat showed up on our door steps and we have been feeding it. It is an older cat and was probably dumped or left by someone moving away from the area. It has been a stray for a long time because it has been extremely gun shy. We can now get close to it, but it still will not let us pet it. Slowly, but surely, we are becoming the cats friend and it is just a matter of time before we will be able to pet it. Kelley (Texas)
