Pistol Probe w/Explorer?

I used the Pistol Probe with my Explorer today it will pick up each other if you do not hold the Explorer off to the side of you, then no problem. Another thing i just found out is that you can hit noise cancel on the Explorer while holding the probe in the on position. Hope this helps.

I HAVE JUST GOT THE PISTOL PROBE AND HAVE USED IT IN THE FIELD A NUMBER OF TIMES THERE ARE THINGS I DO NOT CARE FOR:
.1.THE SIZE OF THE THING 2.THE SOUND IS TO LOW FOR ME I HAVE TO TAKE OFF MY EAR PHONES. 3 THE BUTTON TO ACTIVATE IS HARD TO REACH, BLOCKS THE LIGHTS WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR HAND ON THE BUTTON. 4.I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIX THE SENSITIVITY SO IT DOES NOT GO OFF EVERY WERE IN THE HOLE. I USE HIS EAR PHONE PROBE AND HAVE DONE SO FOR YEARS AND I FIND MYSELF GOING BACK TO THE THEM. GOOD POINTS ARE DEPTH WHEN YOU AIR TEST, NO WIRE AND YOU CAN USE ANY TYPE OF EAR PHONES. I AN 75YEARS OLD AND SET IN MY WAYS AND A LITTLE HARD OF HEARING SO THIS MAY BE SOME OF THE PROB LEN. LET ME KNOW IF ANY ONE ELESE HAS SOME OF THE SAME PROBLEMS AND WHAT WILL FIX THEM .
