I sometimes feel like the guy in the hole when I'm using my E-Trac on the beach. Funny how people's faces light up after I actually find the eighteen in deep target and then backfill ( if the kid's haven't already jumped in it) the hole. I love my Minelab. :detecting:
 
I remeber i had a golden umax , and the add said full size depth , so i figured it would get deep , well I could not hit a dime at 5" so they must have ment you need a full size object like 55 gallon drum do get good depth ,
