Pinpointing With 15" WOT

I just bought the 15" WOT coil and was wondering how to pinpoint. I read that you should tilt the coil but I don't know which way.

I have no problem pinpointing with the WOT. Strangely, I seem to be able to pinpoint better with the WOT than the stock 10.5" coil. If you look at the center beam of the WOT (where the lower shaft attaches) and compare it to the stock coil, you will notice that it is not as wide. Maybe that's the reason for the easier pinpointing.

Here's how I pinpoint with the wot. When I find a target I pull the coil back and bump it up till I get a response move around the target 90 degrees and do the same thing all the way around the target each time I will draw a mental picture on the ground where I get a response your target will be right in the middle of the X you have drawn on the ground. I hope this helps!!
