pinpointers

I'm thinking about finally buying a pinpointer (garrett pro pointer) and was wondering if they were really worth the money.

yes sit is worth it's weight in gold,,,ok not really but it's VERY nice. I always chuckle when someone says you don't need a PP cuz the Tesoro MD pp so well,,,but it's not that reason you need one. It for those dirt colored or VERY small targets you cant see that the PP helps with. There are other benefits to them you will figure out when you have your own,,,like helping with target depth and surface finds,,,,

You will be one happy camper the first time you use it. I metal detected for years before I bought one. You will be able to find more goodies because you will spend less time trying to find your target after you dig.

Yes, buy the Garrett Pro Pointer. I had hunted for years without one until I bought one, now I won't leave the house without it. Great product.

You will like the pro pointer. It will help you prevent scratching coins when you know where the target is. A chirping sound means the target is still a couple inches away and a solid beep means you are right on top of the target. Best thing Garrett ever made.

Thanks for the replies, looks like I'll be ordering a pinpointer next week. Jimmie

i agree!..hit a "homerun" with this one!..color's right too!

You said it Grouser
So many "how-to" videos on Youtube about detecting show the user grabbing handfuls of dirt and waving it in front of the coil. That's like a mechanic demonstrating auto repair using pliers. The Propointer will make your detecting experience improve a thousand fold.
