Nevery used a pinpointer other than my coil and a simple awl to recover coins...
What electronic pinpointer do you prefer, how do You use it and wht that one... I am not looking for why one brand is better but which is simplest and works best with out buying them all...

Just plunk your sheckles down for a Propointer and don't look back. I've used a lot of different ones and the Propointer is the best on land. Easy to use, tough as nails and if it does break or malfunction, Garret has the best service around, bar none!!

Yep...the Garrett Propointer is a great pinpointer. I would not buy into any hype about the lastest and greatest new pointer just released. The Garrett is a proven winner.

I have used all of the above, with limited success. Some drastically interfere with my metal detector while in use, Some which have tuning knobs just wear out after useage. Some don't work in very cold temperatures....

The Garrett Pro Pointer solves all my previous issues I have had. No tuning necessary, works in below freezing temps and doesn't interfere with my metal detector.

I usually only hunt with a screwdriver and machine for coin hunting. The Pro Pointer gets me exactly above the target, and helps prevent scratching a deeper coin.

Used them all, Garrett Pro pointer hands down!
