I have a GTI-1500, sometimes I use the no discrimination mode and hit the pinpoint button and I can zero in on a target. I have never dug any of these targets because it usually is 12+. I was just wondering if anyone has dug any of these targets or has tried this at all? Thanks for your help.
 
Dig them. You could be missing some good targets. A year ago I dug down 14 inches under a tree root and pulled out a Barber half, Barber quarter, and Barber dime, all in a pile.
