Pinpoint - Normal or Sizing Help:rage:

Apologies for yet another question. Can't seem to find/figure out how to change the Pinpoint mode from normal to sizing. Thanks to everyone for looking.

without my detector in front of me (at work) I'm going from memory. I'm pretty sure that option is under the user mode. select a mode, go to edit, then look for the PINPOINT option, and choose what one you want.

Pg.43 of the manual.

Change PinpointType

1. From the Mode Settings menu, use the down arrow buttons to scroll to the Pinpoint option and press Select. The Pinpoint menu will be displayed.
2. Use the arrow buttons to highlight your required option and press Select.
3. You will be returned to the Mode Settings menu and your selection will be displayed next to the Pinpoint option.

You do this from the individual modes. ie. Coins, Silver, ETC.
Select the mode you want to change then get into edit mode.
Scroll down to the last option....pinpointing.

Your very welcome.
I'm still learning the 3030 and your questions actually help me too.
I know how frustrating this detector can be.
It's still very much winter here so I've been using my time to help me master this beast.
I'm looking forward to spring\summer.
Last year my metal detecting was at a minimum, and here because of winter I seem to forget many of the finer points necessary "to become one with the machine"
Good Luck
