I'm looking for someone that knows how to put the pinpoint mod on my Sov. XS-2a Pro so its push button or trigger at hand . TY GS

Since you likely have it on a straight shaft, id think Ole Beach Nut or Mel Parker could lead you in the right direction. Joe would have the info on the right switch since he uses them on the Xcal mod. Looks like you would have to leave your one switch set to PP and find the correct wireing on the other toggle since their are 3 options.

I have a xs2 here with the PP Mod, I can post pics if you want....may take me a few days to find them...

GS,the older Sovereign's are much easier to mod for a remote pin point switch, because the ribbon is away from all solder points.I would contact the guys Dew suggested.Good Luck Ron

I should have posted , I am looking for someone to do the pinpoint mod for me and i will pay for it to get done . GS

I can do it for you this fall, once all has settled here at home. Moving....Settlement is Sept 20th, figure a month after that.

I have an XS-2 Pro and was even wondering if a bike cable (like the cable from brake lever to brake pad) or a lawn mower cable could be rigged from the pin point toggle switch to the hand grip on my Plugger straight rod. Simple move of a thumb or finger to flick the switch. I need to get a short cable and give it a try.

xs2 easier just to wire it inside I think,....I seen a Excalibur with the remote like you described...Think it was BC's? Not sure, been 3 years ago...
