pin pointers

I would suggest looking on ebay for a used pinpointer if you aren't wanting to spend too much money. Somewhere in these forums there's a fairly recent topic on pinpointers so you might search it.

The pic below is the pinpointer I use and it's fairly cheap.

After using a pinpointer for several years, I could never go out without one. Mine saves at least half the digging time, and locates even the smallest metallic objects.

I have an Automax V2 from Kellyco. I bought it on eBay for $40 a long time ago. It's a bit bulky but the thin probe is great. I've used a Vibraprobe but I like the Automax better. Not familiar with any others. You should be able to find one for fifty buck or less.

im using the whites bullseye two it works good but i have heard others say the on off buttons go fast one thing i dont like about it is the probe part is not long enuff some times on deep objects unless i dig a wid hole which i dont like to do it wont get all the way down thear so try to get one whith a long probe if you can or bring a back hoe to make the hole wide enuff

Order one direct from Tinytec probes http://tinytec-probes.com/ . I ordered the Tinytec ~6 1/2" Ultra Deluxe for $44.95, you can't go wrong with this probe.
