Pin Pointer mount

Hey everyone! If your like me, it gets to be a PITA to hang your pin pointer in the belt sheath that comes with it, especially when you are digging alot of targets. I just zipped tied the sheath to the shaft of my machine near the control box and life is good! Plus you can keep an eye on it. I have lost PPs out in the woods by it falling off my belt and me not noticing it.

That is a good idea! lots of them have been lost by falling off the belt...I taped one of those card lanyards to mine like you get at the casino, and clip it to my shirt, but your idea sounds better since theres no cord in the way...:clapping:

It was sliding down the shaft and I didn't it too close to my coil. It stays in place better there. I use the sheath from my Pro find as it is longer than the one that came with the Garrett.

A little double stick velcro underneath the sheath will keep it from sliding down.
