Piece of plate??

I found what appears to be a piece of plate on the beach near Fenwick Island, Delaware. I know there are many wrecks offshore.

Any ideas specifically about what it is, origin, age, and so forth???
 
Looks like a piece of typical transfer ware. Stoneware . Could be American made or British, those are the most likely sources.

As for specifics you need to go to a China store and look around or look online. Discontinued pottery stores night have it or something similar.
