Found this piece of what appears to be dinnerware on the beach near Fenwick Island, Delaware. Many wrecks offshore. Any thoughts as to what it might be, its age, etc.???

You could get some extra help if you posted this in the Whatzit Forum too.

Go to that beach all the time, live in Clarksville. How did you find it ? Laying on the surface ? Found some jewlrey and clad, nothing to get excited about. Probly from a shipwreck. You should contact Bill Winkler at Treasurequest shop. Nice find !

Thanks for the advice. The piece was found on the beach surface in front of the King's Grant condos shortly after the northeaster in May 2008. That storm churned up a lot of beach.
