Pictures of my Pantera

I was talking to my buddy Hombre on the phone the other day about the Pantera & told him I would send him a couple pictures. I thought that I might as well post them for anyone that wants to take a peak. Going to be nice this weekend and am getting excited to give it a good workout. I'm not much of a photographer and my camera isn't the best, the Pantera looks even better than it does in the pictures. Steve.

Steve, Nice looking detector.....I know the previous owner of the detector and he is very particular with his detectors....he wouldn't have owned it if it wasn't nice. good luck and hope the new detector finds you all kinds of goodies..........roger

It looks good to me Steve!

I bet it performs as well as it looks, and it looks great! Those are nice little two tone detectors, actually three with the tone break. I really like mine, and they are rare as hens teeth. Did you try the tone break on a zinc cent yet? Low tones for nickles and low conductors/gold and high tones for copper penny and above and a low/high tone warble on zincs. Have fun with the panther!

Hi Dan-o, it has a threshold adjustment, discrimination adjustment, sensitivity adjustment,a 10 turn ground balance adjustment,a toggle switch that turns on or off the accept/reject notch system (anything can be accepted or rejected in the disc. range), all metal/retune disc. toggle switch, can be set up to have a single high tone or low tone on all targets or can be set to have a high tone on everything above where the notch dial is turned and a lower tone on all targets below where the notch dial is turned (this is when the notch toggle is in the off position). The notch system is alot easier to use than it is to explain. Steve.

Sounds like a sweet machine. Maybe Tesoro should bring it back.
