Healthy and good looking family Brandon. Is that a cherry tree in the last pic, on the right, the one with snow spots on it?
 
Hi Steve. The tree in the pic is a big Black Birch with toadstools on it. I thought it was too cool not to take a pic of it. All the woods were cut for firewood for the iron mining industry in the area many years ago. We have found coins dating back to the 1730's up to the present and even a rev. war button. It is a beautiful piece of property.

Hi Jim. I was wondering that myself. It looks like a key but I vaguely remember someone saying it was used to clean dirt out of horse's hoofs. I am curious.
