Picking up my Ace 250 This Week.....How will it differ from what I am using now?

I am picking up a used Ace 250 this week from someone in the local area.

As an experienced Garrett CXIII user, What can I expect to be different than the CXIII, other than the features that the Ace is lacking. I am not going to miss lugging around a 4 pound monster. I am not sure if I am going to keep the CXIII or not.

I remember reading about pinpoint issues, and other techniques that are different. What other things can I expect?

First your arm will shrink in size due to the lack of weight. Second you will be able to hunt longer. Detecting will become more fun. Bank account will be full due to the cost of the 250. You will be smiling more due to the fun yellow color. Your yard work will suffer due to all the hunts you will be going on. Your Ace 250 will sniff out all kinds of stuff with the Sniper coil. You will amaze your buddies when detecting together as they fiddle with 200 adjustments - you will be digging good finds. You will have enough money to buy several Happy meals! This is how the Ace 250 will change your life!

It will be much lighter and better balanced. Target response and recovery are lightning fast. It's hot on gold and small items and it's a coin magnet. Pinpointing is no issue once you master it. The coil pinpoints a lot like a DD coil. Your other machine will probably gather a lot of cobwebs now. :)
