Picking thru the iron with the Vista RG 1000

Using the small coil I was able to pull out 13 artifacts from the iron infested area. The highlights being an 1803 Large Cent and a Confederate Lined I button. Sweet.

I'm willing to bet that Confederate Infantry Button would go for $100 -$175 here with ease. I would not be surprised to see it hit $300 because of its condition and Olive Patina. That is sweet for sure.Try to research that area THOROUGHLY with a fine tooth comb ok. Where there is one there bare more you can almost bet ok. I'll talk to some of the guys here ok ??? Yes there may be. But at old Virginia Colonial sites anything will turn up. This is the sixth Confederate this past year at two different sites. I have been fortunate to detect the past 40 years in areas rich with relics. HH
